After deployement, NetCeler’s customers enjoy renewable Service & Maintenance agreements. Their initial investment is protected over the years, and the system remains stable and secure. It can also be extended to follow the expansion of the power network. When new IVPower features are available, they can be incorporated in the existing solution. NetCeler has also developed a service organisation to provide timely and trackable support to service requests, through an online ticketing system.
