IVPower deliveries follow the project management process established according to NetCeler’s quality management system. Information security is part of every step. After project kick-off, the study phase consists in delivering the project’s quality plan, functional specification and functional & technical description. Then, software engineering and development (if needed) are performed, as well as project documentation. During this phase, follow-up meeting trace progress and potential issues. Final testing precedes deployment and qualification. Then, acceptance is pronounced and the system is handed over for production. The warranty period starts.
